What is the CMA Alliance
The Alliance is the largest support network for physicians and their families in California. We are affiliated with the California Medical Association, cmadocs.org. In the Alliance, physicians, physicians-in-training, and their spouses/partners in all stages of the profession, from the training years through retirement, work together to build healthy communities, to support quality medicine and to support each other.

Networking
The CMA Alliance provides professional networking opportunities for physician family members. Joining the Alliance gives our members access to leadership opportunities and to a variety of chances to participate in local, state and national events and activities. Mentoring Mentoring our young members is a key component to the CMA Alliance. Alliance members are available to provide both professional guidance and personal support at every stage of the journey. Events Alliance events are open to members and friends and we provide a variety of opportunities throughout the year for members in all stages of the profession. Check out our events tab on the website. Our affiliation with CMA allows our members to also participate in the many top quality programs and events they sponsor throughout the year. The National Network CMA Alliance is an affiliate of the American Medical Association Alliance (www. amaalliance.org), the largest network of physician families in the nation. The Alliance is the group that travels with you whenever and wherever you move, during or after training. "Physician Family" was created by the AMA Alliance to help the organization fulfill its mission to support the families of M.D.'s and D.O.'s in all specialties and stages of life.
